MVL Playoffs Complete: 5A and 5N2 Move on to Post Season Tournaments

2020 MVL playoffs were not so kind to our Boys Basketball program this year...

We entered the league playoffs strong, representing in 8 out of 10 divisions. Holy Spirit teams fought hard and played extremely well. Several games came down to the last possession, and one game even went to overtime.

In the end, only one squad made it thru to represent at the Diocese Playoffs next weekend. 

CONGRATULATIONS 5A Basketball! 5A basketball is led by coach Jason Castillo, and assisted by coaches Dennis Lundag, Lionel Ibarra and Jomar Roldan. The Diocese Playoffs will start Friday 2/21, and the championship games to be played on 3/1

Prior to the playoffs, Holy Spirit CYO had 1 team finish the regular season in 1st place.

CONGRATULATIONS 5N2 Basketball! 5N2 basketball is led by Rob Paglieri, and assisted by coach Matt Tondag, Darren Monahan and Allan Visitacion. The Tournament of Champions will begin 2/29, and the championship games played on 3/8.
