Transfer of Supervision Policy - Safety reminder for all coaches, parents/guardians.
Parents & Coaches -
It is Holy Spirit's CYO policy that transfer of supervision of all
players BEFORE and AFTER any CYO event (practice, game, etc.) be done in
person inside the gymnasium.
Transfer of supervision can only be done to/from the coach from/to the
player's parent, guardian, or another known adult (for instance, another
player's parent).
Acknowledgment of the transfer shall be done by a sign-in/sign-out sheet or direct and verbal communication with the coach.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will players be allowed to leave the facility and
the Holy Spirit Campus without being accompanied by their parent,
guardian, or known adult.
Players are to remain INSIDE the gym until transfer of supervision has been completed.
If a parent or guardian is not able to bring/pick up a player
before/after a CYO event, then the player should not participate in that
day's/evening's event.

2012 Track & Field - Boys and Girls grades K-8 are welcome to participate in this multi-event sport. Mark your calendars for important registration and practice schedule information.
IMPORTANT ! Closing & Securing Holy Spirit Gym - Coaches, please read attached link and ensure that procedures are followed at the end of games or practices. Assign tasks to volunteer assistants or player parents if necessary, but make sure that the checklist is complied with. Let us work together to preserve our Holy Spirit Gym.
During the 2011 – 2012 seasons, the following CYO volunteers will be fingerprinted:
• CYO Basketball – All Coaches who are coaching Third Grade Basketball teams.
All New Coaches who are coaching Fourth and Fifth Grade Basketball teams (and those not previously successfully fingerprinted). Click on link for locations and schedules.
IMPORTANT ! - All completed application forms must be submitted directly to the Athletic Director. DO NOT turn in forms to either the church Rectory or the School's front office. You can contact the ADs directly through the CYO Board page link to ensure that your applications are received and processed in time.
Team Snacks - Forgot it's your family's turn to bring the team refreshments? Head on to the Concession stand in the gym lobby to get your hungry players re-energized after the game! Get details through this link.
