Participating in CYO sports and events either as player, coach, or volunteer is fun, easy and rewarding! On this page and its subsections, you will find important and necessary information to allow the CYO to process your application. Click on the sidebar navigation on the left whether you wish to join either as Player or Coach/volunteer.Fill out and print all relevant forms; parent or guardian assistance may be required in case of players. Check to make sure all documents are signed and dated before submission.

IMPORTANT ! - All completed application forms must be submitted directly to the Athletic Director. DO NOT turn in forms to either the church Rectory or the School's front office. You can contact the ADs directly through the CYO Board page to ensure that your applications are received and processed in time.
